Coach's Comments: Davie's golf team finished 1^st in the sixth conference match of the season and increased its lead in the overall standings to 9 strokes.  The War Eagles were led by Nick Capra's one under par 35, which was the medalist score of the day.  The War Eagles also got solid play from Jason Gallimore- 37, Anthony Capra- 40, and Joe Sink- 40.  The team shot a solid (+8) in relation to par.  This was another great day for War Eagle golf.  The golfers remain excited about the position the team is in, but realize that anything can happen in the 18-hole conference championship match which will be Monday, April 26^th at Bermuda Run West starting at 1:00.  All golfers will be playing in a match on Thursday, April 22^nd in a rescheduled match against Ledford.  West Forsyth and Reagan will also participate in this match.
